A potential grantee must complete the Grant Application Form for Cash Grants to be considered for funding. In addition, all of the requested documentation as contained in the grant application must be submitted with your grant application. If that documentation is not included then your application will not be considered. The requested documentation includes:

  • Verification of organization tax-exempt status
  • Program/project budget
  • Organization budget
  • Brochure, newsletter, news articles or other information about the organization.
