Hiroyuki Kumazaki

Hiroyuki Kumazaki is a Corporate Officer of Hitachi, Ltd. In addition, he is President of Hitachi Digital where he is responsible to execute digital strategy and create digital synergy with other Hitachi Group Companies under Hitachi’s Lumada initiative. Mr. Kumazaki is also Chief Strategy Officer at Hitachi Vantara where he leads the corporate strategy for the future growth.

Mr. Kumazaki brings more than 30 years of experience spanning multiple roles at Hitachi group companies in business management, corporate strategy, and software development. Most recently, he served as Corporate Officer / Chief Lumada Business Officer. Along with above missions, as a Board of Director member of Hitachi America, Kumazaki-san continues to drive digital strategy with Hitachi Group Companies in the Americas to grow through providing insights from his Lumada experiences.

Kumazaki holds a Master of Engineering degree from Nagoya University.
