Hitachi Introduces High-Performance Projector with Advanced Feature Set

BRISBANE, Calif.,, March 25, 2002 - Hitachi America, Ltd., a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd., Tokyo, Japan (NYSE: HIT), today announced the CP-X430W, one of the newest projectors in Hitachi's extensive multimedia projector offering. Weighing just nine pounds, the CP-X430W possesses the connectivity options and sophisticated features typically found only in larger units, while meeting the requirements of the savviest presenters. The CP-X430W will be demonstrated at NAB 2002 in Booth #L6603 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, April 8 - 11, 2002.
