Hitachi Introduces Industry's Brightest Ultra-Portable LCD Projector

BRISBANE, Calif., http://www.hitachi.us/, November 8, 2000 - Hitachi America, Ltd., a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd., Tokyo, Japan (NYSE: HIT), today announced the newest addition to its world-class LCD multimedia projector family, the CP-X325W. This new projector delivers the brightest display at 1,600 lumens and offers true XGA resolution for unmatched image quality, sharpness and color contrast. The CP-X325W weighs seven pounds and is easy for professionals to transport to and from the home, office or presentation site. This full-featured ultra-portable projector offers a rich feature set in a small footprint making it an ideal solution for any presentation need.

The CP-X325W is priced at $7,995 and is available for immediate delivery through Hitachi's network of authorized dealers.

In addition to a small footprint, the CP-X325W offers a suite of features such as digital keystone correction, manual zoom and focus and auto-configuration. The two RGB / video inputs, RGB output, coupled with total connectivity make this unit the most fully featured projector in it's class.
